Yes, within 8 days of purchase, you can return your product and receive a refund. Please, ensure the product remains unused and is in its original, sealed packaging. Opened or used earbuds/Ear Pods cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons. You can return your product via this link.

Data or software stored on the product may be lost during repair. Capi has no role or responsibility to secure data or software on the product. It is up to the customer to ensure that such files have been carefully secured before sending in your product.
Before sending in your Apple device, the product must be unlocked. Also note that the “find my iPhone/iPad” function must be removed before the device can be repaired. Make sure to store all your personal files as the data could be lost during the repair.
A repair process could take up to 4-6 weeks, since we cooperate with external certified repair centres.
